The services we provide are extensive and the value of these works ranges from £100 – £25,000. The maintenance facility incorporates providing a fast response to not only emergency works but general day to day requests for quotations. Quotations can often be surveyed, prepared and submitted to our clients within a 24hr period, when required. Once works are authorised, more often than not they are completed the following day. All non-planned works (no matter how small) are evaluated and a Dynamic Risk Assessment completed prior to works commencing.
