Multi-Skilled Operative, Building & Fabric Maintenance Division

Working as part of our Fabric maintenance team responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance works in a commercial environment to a high standard. Competent in carrying out maintenance and repairs on various items within the scope of building fabric. Carpentry bias an advantage and clean driving licence essential.

Groundwork Lead Operative, Drainage & Groundworks Division

Ability to carry out concreting, drainage, slabs and kerbs, path laying, block paving working individually or leading a team, experience in underground drainage would be an advantage. Plant operating tickets preferred and clean driving licence essential.
